Aggridant Magic

If you don't have a really good feeling for what an aggridant is, you're missing out on one of Abe Maslow's best observations.  Start with the Dove chicken experiments in the cafeteria situation and find out the magical quality of the good choosers--the ones who chose what was good for everyone.

If you are like most, you have missed 95% of what Maslow had to offer us.  And most of you still use the "famous triangle" to describe the hierarchy of values.  But if you dig a little, you'll discover that the Blackfeet taught Maslow in 1938 that the triangle should be flipped upside-down to demonstrate Maslow's values hierarchy, as in "You don't grow a tree from the top."  The idea is that we come into the world as one defenseless child and become contributing adults by social means and links, which also teach us what we are good at, etc.  And it all ends up at "SELF-actualizatiion" which means that we have something unique to give the whole.  Ever heard of APTITUDES? We have forgotten those.  But without knowing your "down to the metal" aptitudes, you don't even know which is your shooting eye, and might have been costing yourself lots of points along the way.

Most folks think of SA as sitting atop the "famous pyramid" looking out on the world as some sort of ruler, but what it really boils down to is what you and you alone have in your bag of tricks to offer the world and what you will work hard at giving to the world.  It's the givers who count, just like Teddy Yellowfly taught Uncle Abe in Alberta years ago.  Or as Ben Cohen put it, "The community supports that business that supports the community."   If you think only of what you can take from the world, you are no aggridant class human being.

Action Maze Design Criteria in Cloud Boundary interface (membrane viz. found in Lukasiewicz-Kirchhoff Machines).  Variable: reaction time and correlational analyses with other instances down the maze.  This would show "RT bandwidth" which seems to me to be a missing link.

It is possible to trace the word from today back through Abraham Maslow, and further back to W. L. Dove. Similarly, one can trace "self-actualization" back to Kurt Goldstein. In Web 3.0 terms, an aggridant is a "complete" (as in metric space where the tails of the asymptotic subsystems stay inside the membrane) representation of a sub-group in a uniqueness hierarchy or holarchy. It is a vector space centered on the nidus surrounded by vocabularistic clouds which will eventually tie humans together in the Interocitor. This denies the fact that virtuous leadership is possible. Chomsky seems to forget that he can be a humanist and not know it, just like one can be happy and not know it. One just needs a map, as Colin Wilson so aptly maintains.

Dichotomizing is a disease. Dichotomy transcendence is the key, but we can step forward into growth (up) or backward into safety (down). Looks like we might be learning what to do with the word "species."

Problem seems to me is lack of teachers' abilities to spot the early sociopath and pay him special mind. If he is also highly intelligent, he'll wind up as Cheney-type. Our "government" is our semi-permeable membrane, which is supposed to keep out all the bastards and stinkers. Once they get in, they can rise to the top like anyone else, but their Weltanschauung is kaput.

What this means is giving our kids MAPS--Cognitive Maps--of healthy people, not sick ones. Everybody knows about Uzi's before they learn about B-memes. We live in language. Need to spend the money on educating the young about how to have a B-life.
